We want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all clearance items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS or FedEx location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
